Our family business was founded in 1994 by Freddie Follezou, a true pioneer when it comes to the creation of seafood terrines. The company remains true to a long tradition of Breton cuisine, which is known for working in harmony with the environment and its natural resources.

Without exception all our products are developed and produced in our own factory in Carhaix, Central Brittany. For the last 10 years we have been members of the "Made in Brittany" association (Produit en Bretagne) and actively contribute to the region’s economic growth.

We are very aware of the various benefits of fostering local trade and source our produce from local suppliers, with many of whom we have forged strong partnerships over the years. More than 50% of our raw materials are obtained within an 80 km radius of Carhaix!

We distribute exclusively to non-domestic catering firms all over France and, when required, to other parts of Europe.
